A lawyer for 40 years, Murray has extensive legal experience, especially in the areas of estate administration and estate planning. Delta Law Office has its roots in Ladner in the 1960s, and Murray took over in 2007. He oversees a staff of 12 with expertise in estate matters, real estate, business law and other areas of law important to members of our community.

Murray acts regularly as an Executor and Power of Attorney for people that don't have a family member they can rely on. He also supports his estate clients by defending or bringing court challenges to Wills and Estates. Murray also has extensive business experience with a local beer and spirits manufacturer (Central City Brewers and Distillers) and can be relied on for sound practical business advice.

Steven Potter joined Delta Law Office as an assistant in March 2020, and is now an associate lawyer. Steven grew up in Tsawwassen, and completed his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in Commerce at the University of British Columbia. He received his L.L.B. in 2018 from the University of Leicester, and in 2022, he was called to the Bar. While Steven's areas of practice are generally Real Estate, Corporate and Commercial transactions, and Estate Planning, he has experience with tenancy disputes and personal injury claims. You may see Steven in the community through his work with the Ladner Business Association or on the golf course.

Jordan is a seasoned corporate and commercial litigation lawyer with 19 years of legal expertise. His practice spans a variety of areas, including strata property law, construction litigation, builders' liens, contract disputes, general employment matters, wrongful dismissal, debt collection, and wills and estates.

Jordan is renowned for his client-centric approach, firmly believing that effective legal counsel is rooted in strong relationships built on clear communication and trust. He starts by gaining a deep understanding of his clients' businesses, goals, and expectations. By actively listening, Jordan tailors a legal strategy that aligns with his clients' needs and his own high standards. He then strives to achieve the most efficient and effective path to their goals, fostering dedication and loyalty that form the basis of long-term relationships. Jordan ensures that his clients feel at ease reaching out to him whenever they need assistance, and he is committed to delivering the highest level of service.

Beyond his legal practice, Jordan is deeply engaged in his community, actively participating in coaching youth sports and staying involved in his children's school activities.

Sharon's practice focuses on civil litigation, estate planning and administration, and real estate. Called to the Bar in 2026, she works closely with clients to resolve disputes, plan for the future, and see transactions through to completion.

Outside the office, Sharon can usually be found on the golf course or spending time with family and friends.

Natalie is a resident of sunny Tsawwassen and joined Delta Law Office in 2010 as a Receptionist and now runs our Estate Department as a Paralegal. Natalie is experienced in administering an estate from start to finish. This includes client intake interviews, cancelling the deceased's accounts, drafting/filing probate applications, preparing Accounting/Releases for distribution and much more. Natalie thrives in making this difficult time a simple and smooth process for our clients. Natalie is a mum of one son and has a dog who was rescued from Iran.

Rauni is our senior paralegal and manages our Long Term Disability Claim and Personal Injury Departments. She has over 33 years of experience and has been with Delta Law Office since 2004. She is also fluent in Punjabi and Hindi. Rauni loves to travel, and on her adventurous trips to South Africa she went shark cage diving in the Atlantic with her two sons and even came nearly face to face with a Puff Adder. Rauni will ensure that you receive all the benefits you are entitled to. If there is a gap in service or treatment, she will work with you and put a plan of action in place. Rauni will always ensure you are heard and all of your questions are answered without delay.

Sybil graduated from the Capilano College Legal Administrative program and began working for Murray Lott when he previously ran a WCB law practice out of the historic Vancouver Sun Tower building. When Murray took over Delta Law Office in 2008, Sybil continued to work for Murray and transitioned into telecommuting. She now focuses on the areas of Estate and Incapacity Planning. She and her husband continue to live in the city where they are close to their families, and remain active in their community.

Nancy brings years of experience in Civil Litigation, Corporate Law and other areas of legal practice to Delta Law Office, where she took her position as Legal Administrative Assistant in 2012. She manages over 200 private companies and currently works almost exclusively in Corporate and Business law. She lives in South Delta with her husband and three children and her busy life as a Mom of three keeps her active in the Delta community. She loves to travel and has found a new love for playing tennis.

Krista celebrates her tenth anniversary as part of the DLO team and is a proud Delta resident. A legal assistant who completed her qualifications at VCC, she is an invaluable participant in all areas of the practice except real estate. Krista is a busy mother with two young children, and in her rare moments of time off, her guilty pleasure is reality TV. She loves to travel to tropical destinations, and is always looking forward to her next vacation.

Charissa joined Delta Law Office in November 2019 with a Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. She has since graduated from Capilano University with a Bachelor of Legal Studies and brings several years of experience to the firm, with a primary focus on real estate, while also assisting with estate administration. Outside of work, Charissa enjoys music, dancing, and travelling. She has a particular appreciation for the summer and autumn seasons and enjoys spending time with her cat and dog. Having recently gotten married, Charissa looks forward to exploring more of the world and experiencing new places and cultures with her husband.

Indpreet joined Delta Law Office in February 2026. She earned her law degree from the University of Leicester after completing her undergraduate degree in Political Science at the University of British Columbia. At Delta Law Office, Indpreet is excited to develop her legal skills and assist clients with care and professionalism. Outside of the office, she enjoys going on walks, trying new brunch spots with friends, and finding a good cup of coffee.

Gavin joined Delta Law Office in April 2026. A lifelong Delta resident, Gavin completed his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, and Asian Language and Culture at the University of British Columbia, and recently completed his legal administration certificate from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Beyond his professional life, Gavin is a student of music, and enjoys gardening, video games, and spending time with friends and family.
