"While she has made a good recovery from her physical injury, she suffered a blow to her head which is making it difficult for her to return to her pre-injury activities," Lott said.A pedestrian accident that left a Ladner woman with severe injuries could potentially result in a huge cost for Delta taxpayers.
The accident, in February of 2004, took place at a pedestrian-operated crosswalk on Ladner Trunk Road near Central Avenue, between the Envision Credit Union and ABC Restaurant.
Lawyer Murray Lott represents the now 50-year-old woman who is suing the driver of the vehicle. In turn, the driver, represented by ICBC, is suing Delta.
