Here are some of our personal injury cases:

The “persons” responsible for many of these personal injuries are in fact often large corporations. Think of all the people who go to their stores and facilities every day. They can’t become known for settling injury cases fairly and easily, or the number of claims might skyrocket (so they say). So they fight. Or they offer unfair settlements.
